Returns & Exchanges:

For our beloved customers, we seek your understanding that all sales are final and products sold are NON-REFUNDABLE. We only accept returns if you have received the wrong item/s. Please contact us via our official social media pages or via our email right away or within the day you have received the item/s. We will look into the issue. Please do take care of the item/s you have received. If there will be damages incurred on the item, we have the right to refuse exchange.

Exchanges are allowed within 5 working days upon delivery provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and in clear resalable condition.

If 6 working days or more have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange. However, we are aware that sometimes there are special circumstances and we will work with our customers to make things right.

We will shoulder the cost of sending you the right item/s. Postage costs and the cost of sending us back the item/s will be shouldered by you. We suggest to return the wrong item/s via LBC if the item/s are worth P3,000 or above. By then we will know the whereabouts of the item/s for return and exchange.

Limited Warranty:

We offer a limited warranty on all our electronic products to our customers.

Our limited warranty is valid for three (6) months from the date that the item is delivered, and all claims must be accompanied with relevant documents such as receipts.

If any defect is discovered during the 6 month period, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion. However this limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions, abuse, alteration, and normal wear and tear.
