*Free shipping may also NOT be applicable to provincial areas and locations where accessibility is limited. In such cases, we may impose additional charges for delivery as required.

*Does not include Same-Day Shipping (Grab Express/Lalamove)

We reserve all rights in the determination of addresses where free shipping can be applied. Pick Up** via Grab Express / Lalamove:

**Only available for Metro Manila orders. Schedule of booking to be strictly coordinated and confirmed first with our dispatch team. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer upon arrival of item.

**If you will be picking up the item/s personally, you may coordinate with our dispatch team.

Undelivered Parcels:

Please make sure that the information provided in your checkout is correct. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in parcels being returned to us and result in a non-delivery or late delivery to you. Please note that orders that are returned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided or abandoned by your local postal office, for whatever reason, will only be resent to the customer at the customer’s expense.

FAMILY PLAYDATE COLLECTION TOY STORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 

The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 

The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our HQ and marked as unclaimed. FAMILY PLAYDATE COLLECTION TOY STORE does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
