Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

For our beloved customers, we seek your understanding that all sales are final and products sold are NON-REFUNDABLE. We only accept returns if you have received the wrong item/s. Please contact us via our official social media pages or via our email right away or within the day you have received the item/s. We will look into the issue. Please do take care of the item/s you have received. If there will be damages incurred on the item, we have the right to refuse exchange.

Exchanges are allowed within 5 working days upon delivery provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and in clear resalable condition.

If 6 working days or more have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange. However, we are aware that sometimes there are special circumstances and we will work with our customers to make things right.

We will shoulder the cost of sending you the right item/s. Postage costs and the cost of sending us back the item/s will be shouldered by you. We suggest to return the wrong item/s via LBC if the item/s are worth P3,000 or above. By then we will know the whereabouts of the item/s for return and exchange.

Product Warranty (Alilo):

Thank you for purchasing a quality product from Play Date Collection. We hope it will bring many hours of entertainment, imaginative play and learning.

We offer warranty on all our Alilo products to our customers.

  1. The product is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, against any defects in materials or workmanship.
  2. The product may be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively the product can be returned to Family Playdate Collection Toy Store (you can email us at support@playdatecollection.com), with proof of purchase, without proof of purchase no replacement will be provided.
  3. Family Playdate Collection Toy Store will examine the product and if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, will replace the product at their discretion.
  4. If the product covered by this warranty is damaged due to misuse, modification or unauthorized repair, or battery discharge or incorrect electrical connections, then this warranty becomes void.
  5. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is valid for all authorized retail partners of Family Playdate Collection Toy Store.
