Warm Therapy While Pumping
The open-center design can be positioned around a breast pump flange so you can use gentle warmth during pumping.

Reusable & Washable

The thermal pads are designed for repeated use. Clean the pads after use with warm water and mild dishwashing soap, then allow them to dry completely before storing.

How to Use

For Cold Therapy

Place the thermal pads in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use.

Alternatively, the pads may be placed without their covers in cold water.

Once chilled, place each pad inside its cloth cover before applying comfortably around the breast.

For Warm Therapy

Warm the pads carefully according to the current instructions supplied with your product.

When using a microwave, always use the protective cloth covers and heat gradually. Check the temperature carefully before applying the pads to your skin.

The pads may also be warmed using hot water.

With a Breast Pump

Warm the pads, place them inside their protective covers, and position them comfortably around the breast pump flanges during your pumping session.

• Do not use on open wounds or damaged skin.
• Do not puncture the pads or ingest the contents.
• Keep away from infants and children.
• Stop using the pad if it becomes damaged or leaks.
• Do not fall asleep while using the pads.
• Store away from direct sunlight.
• If breast pain is severe, persistent or accompanied by fever or feeling unwell, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
